Natural Birth Plan Template

If you’re an Ecco regular, you know that I highly encourage parents to go through the process of developing a birth plan of their own. The thought and research that goes into this draft are essential for proper birth preparation.

That being said, I’ve gotten some queries regarding the goals for my own birth this coming May. While I HIGHLY encourage you to formulate a plan that fits your unique birthing philosophy, I don’t mind sharing my template to give you an idea of where to start.

Remember, this birth plan reflects my own birthing goals. It might not resonate with you AND THAT’S OK! There is no right or wrong to your intuition!
